What Can You Redeem?
💡 After redeeming, you'll receive a unique coupon code. Copy it and apply at checkout. Coupons are single-use and valid for 90 days. Small coupons ($1, $2, $5) have no minimum — use them to get low-price items with points only (no change given when coupon value exceeds item price).
Level System
Your level is based on your total points ever earned (not current balance). Spending points on coupons won't lower your level.

FAQ
❓ How do I view my points history?
Go to Points → My History. You can filter by category (surveys, articles, community, etc.) and see a full timeline.
❓ Where do I redeem my points for coupons?
Visit Points → Redeem Coupons. Click the coupon you want, get your code, and apply it at checkout.
❓ Do my points expire?
Points are valid as long as your account is active. Accounts that have been inactive for over 12 months may have their points reviewed.
❓ How does a survey earn so many points?
Surveys help us understand your pet better and improve our products and content. As a thank you, we reward them with more points than other activities.
❓ Will I get notified when I level up?
Yes! When you reach a new level, you'll receive an in-app notification (bell icon in navigation). Check your notifications regularly.
❓ Can I see what other members are doing?
Yes! The Points Center shows a live community activity feed, including recent redemptions and level-ups.
